Polona Fijavž, nekdanja dopisnica RTV v Nemčiji, danes odgovorna urednica informativnega programa RTV Slovenija
Nikolaj Krastev, bolgarski novinar in analitik z dolgoletnimi izkušnjami v mednarodnem novinarstvu
Tav Klitgaard, direktor danskega medija Zetland

How to find the truth in the flood of disinformation and propaganda, are we journalists even aware when we are being used by countries to put pressure on other countries, to rush or fact-check? Reporting on international politics is a multi-faceted challenge, from the globalisation of the world to the attitude of governments towards the media. We will analyse with our guests what is happening around the world, from the US to Russia, from the Middle East to the EU, and question the role of journalists in reporting it.

Participants:

Nataša Briški, former POP TV correspondent in the USA, head of Meta List
Polona Fijavž, former RTV correspondent in Germany, now editor-in-chief of RTV Slovenia’s news programme
Nikolaj Krastev, Bulgarian journalist and analyst with many years of experience in international journalism
Tav Klitgaard, Director of the Danish media Zetland
